Annacis Lock-Up is a family-owned self-storage facility in Delta, BC, serving Delta and New Westminster for over 30 years. We're always accepting resumes for the following roles. When a position opens, we reach out to candidates on file first.

Office Manager

Runs day-to-day operations at the facility: inquiry conversion, move-ins, account and collections management, and upselling protection plans and merchandise. Full-time positions available, with flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday relief coverage.

What we're looking for:

• Proven sales or customer service experience, comfortable converting an inquiry into a sale
• Highly detail-oriented and accurate, this role manages contracts, payments, and account records where mistakes cost real money
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
• Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and basic office software
• Collections experience is a plus

Customer Service Representative

Front-line role handling walk-ins, phone inquiries, and day-to-day customer support. Full-time and part-time positions available, with weekend and evening availability required.

What we're looking for:

• Friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English
• Detail-oriented and reliable, comfortable following processes accurately
• Comfortable with computers and phone systems
• Sales aptitude is a plus, this role includes upselling protection plans and merchandise
