Turn first Right / Exit on to Howes Street towards Wal-Mart Stay in the right lane and Merge Right onto Boyd Street
Drive under the Queensborough Bridge and follow Boyd Street for approx. 2km
Boyd Street becomes Derwent Way
Cross the small bridge
Turn Right at the end of the bridge into our parking lot

Take Lougheed Hwy to Brunette Avenue
Follow Brunette Avenue and Left onto Columbia Street
Follow Columbia Street through New Westminster City Center
Columbia Street becomes Stewardson Way
Stay in the right lane to cross the Queensborough Bridge
Travel South across the Queensborough Bridge
Turn first Right / Exit on to Howes Street towards Wal-Mart
Stay in the right lane and Merge Right onto Boyd Street
Drive under the Queensborough Bridge and follow Boyd Street for approx. 2km
Boyd Street becomes Derwent Way
Cross the small bridge
Turn Right at the end of the bridge into our parking lot

Follow King George Hwy across the Patullo Bridge
King George becomes McBride Blvd on New West side of the bridge
Turn right onto the Royal Avenue exit
Follow Royal Avenue until it ends at Stewardson Way
Turn Right on Stewardson Way
Stay in the right lane to cross the Queensborough Bridge
Travel South across the Queensborough Bridge
Turn first Right / Exit on to Howes Street towards Wal-Mart
Stay in the right lane and Merge Right onto Boyd Street
Drive under the Queensborough Bridge and follow Boyd Street for approx. 2km
Boyd Street becomes Derwent Way
Cross the small bridge
Turn Right at the end of the bridge into our parking lot

Follow Hwy 91 across the Alex Fraser Bridge
As you are descending the bridge take Exit 9 from Annacis Hwy 91 N
Keep right at the fork on the off ramp, follow sign for Cliveden Avenue East
Follow Cliveden Avenue
Turn left onto Belgrave Way, this is very shortly after crossing the third set of railway tracks
Stay on Belgrave Way, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Derwent Way
Turn left at Annacis Pkwy, do not cross the bridge on Derwent Way

Follow Hwy 91 towards the Alex Fraser Bridge
DO NOT Get off at the Annacis Island Exit!!!
Exit right onto the 91A/Queensborough Bridge/New Westminster
Take next Howes Street Exit
Turn Left at Howes Street towards Wal-Mart
Get into the Right lane and Merge Right onto Boyd Street
Drive under the Queensborough Bridge and follow Boyd Street for approx. 2km
Boyd Street becomes Derwent Way
Cross the small bridge
Turn Right at the end of the bridge into our parking lot

Follow Westminster Hwy towards New Westminster
Westminster Hwy becomes Boyd Street
Drive past the Wal-Mart (on the left)
Continue along Boyd Street and under the Queensborough Bridge and for approx. 2km
Boyd Street becomes Derwent Way
Cross the small bridge
Turn Right at the end of the bridge into our parking lot

Travel South on Oak Street until it becomes Hwy 99
Travel South on Hwy 99 and take the Hwy 91 Exit
Follow Hwy 91 towards the Alex Fraser Bridge
DO NOT Get off at the Annacis Island Exit!!!
Exit onto the 91A/Queensborough Bridge/New Westminster
Take next Howes Street Exit
Turn Left at Howes Street towards Wal-Mart
Get into the Right lane and Merge Right onto Boyd Street

Stay in the Left lane to go onto the Queensborough Bridge/91A
